  I ordered some hay from the site. Fedex said it delivered to my “front door” at 1:03. Looked outside my apartment door, no box. Went and looked at the 2 entrances to my building, no box. Called Fedex to start a trace cause obviously I have no freaking idea where my “front door” is. So it was just hay, but I was excited to get it today. Especially since Lolli’s almost out of hay. Plus I wanted to see how she liked the new stuff. My mom even brought over a tote today so I could put the hay in it. What gives Fedex? I usually only have problems with UPS being stupid. lol

  Oh I’ve had that problem. I ordered something and I saw it was came online but nothing was there. We had the garage door open…yup it was in there and all the way in the back too! Try looking all over the place outside, they are weird like that.

  all the way in back of the garage sheesh well hidden so no one steals it and you can’t find it.
  
  Maybe if you call they can tell you where he put it. I just hope they dont’ say hide n go seek

  One time my mom ordered a pot and she never found it. I guess it was raining that day because they obviously don’t know what to do with packages when it rains. UPS puts them in bags… It was before the internet was big and you could track a package online. She called the place where she got it and they sent her another one for free. Months later she found it in an empty trash can outside they hadn’t used LOL!

  Oh my gosh I know what you mean. Add UPS, USPS, and Canada post to the list…They lie-I’m sure of it. I had a final delivery notice for my critical care, with no first and second…then it went to a location for pickup that was impossible to find with GPS….And that happens all the time. Also a 30$ fee for delivering-which they didn’t do. I have an item I ordered for my cousin in November for Christmas…still not here…Ugh…I wish they cared when you complained!!! Such crud!

  I had that problem when I lived at my mom’s. Since it was a house, they put it in wacky places sometimes. But this is the first time I haven’t had the box sitting right at my apartment door since I’ve moved out. So I don’t know what’s up. Maybe they decided to say they delivered it, but really didn’t. Maybe a neighbor took it by mistake. Maybe they delivered it to the wrong place. Who knows. I just want my hay. Never thought I’d say that! LOL
  
  UPS pissed me off so bad once. They kept leaving notices that they tried to delivered a package. I kept signing the damn notice to have them leave it. They left another one. I signed that one, taped it to a piece of computer paper with a HUGE arrow pointing to my signature and I also wrote that I signed it and they STILL left a final notice one. I had to go down to the freaking UPS depot to get my package.
  
  And I had to go to the post office to get a certified letter. Had 2 little cards left that they tried to deliver it. Umm…they didn’t attempt to deliver the first time since no one knocked on my door. lol

  One thing I would suggest is going to any fedex place near you…I had a parcel not at the office it was supposed to be at…I just went to the other, they looked at me like I was crazy asking for soemthing not in their system…and then laughingly brought it out to me a minute later Perhaps a dolt brought it to the wrong location and wrote delivered?

  lolz…Don’t feel bad, Lin. Years ago I had something ordered and delivered to us here (we’re outside of Fairbanks, roughly) and it went all the way to Nuiqsut (up by Prudhoe Bay and the REAL North Pole) before they got it turned around and sent back here.
  Mail shippers…private or federal….ugh….don’t even get me started! 0_o

  My apartment complex is one building, but split into 3 sections. I have looked in my section 3 times now. Nothing. I have had fedex bring packages before but they have needed to be signed for. I’ve never had this happen. I do not live in an area or complex where people steal packages/mail. I don’t know people here very well, but most seem like they would at least put the box at the right door if it got delivered to them.
  
  So how much looking/door knocking would you all do?

  I’m scared of what is going to happen when I get my box of hay soon. Meh.
  I’ve had no issues. They always leave it at my front door because the garage door was closed.. but that was when I was living at a house.

  Brittany- this is the first time I’ve ever had any problems but then it didn’t require a signature. And I’ve ordered lots of things online. So obviously they completely delivered it to the wrong address. And maybe when you order, you could request to have it require a signature. That way someone HAS to be home in order for them to leave it.
