I thought I should update on how Thistle’s trust with me is going. Last night we had a major break through! EEK He is 9 weeks old now by the way!  And he has grown some already! I see a growth spurt with his ears the most! lol  Any way usualy I will sit on the floor with his cage door open and he will sit in the back corner of his cage and sometimes poke his nose out but that was about it. I have been keeping a close eye on his schedule to see when he is most active and that is when I sit with him the longest and it ususaly areound midnight and 7:30 a.m. when he is most active. Anyway  last night I grabbed a sketch book and sat down watching a movie and sketching  and he hopped right out and came up to me and *bump* he bumps me with his nose! I was prepared this time with his favorite treat…. CARROTS!!! lol he dosent care for rasins as much as his carrots! lol any way I slowly slid the carrot down and he sat right next to me munchin and nom noming on he carrot then I gently took it away to see what he would do and *sniff sniff* *BUMP!* he pushed me harder then started tickling me with his nose and whiskers up and down my arms and legs trying to find his carrot! lol It was so adorable!

Sky is sitting next to me the whole time purring like a motor car and DROOLING! I knew he was sooooo happy! lol Thistle would walk up to him and bump Sky and sit there letting Sky smell him all over it was so cute! I let him have a few more nibbles on the carrot then took it away again, then came the BINKYS!!  He would go straight up and slap back down  then hop in and out of his cage really fast and silly!  He has never done binkies with me sitting on the floor with him so I knew he was getting more comfortable! YAY! I tried getting a video of him doing theses carzy binkys but the light was to dim for my phone I will have to try tonight and see if I get a better video!  And this morning at 7:30 on the dot he started ZOOMING all over his cage! Its rainy out so it was gloomy in my room so all I could see were these little ears flying all over the palce! It looked like he was wlaking on the walls, he was zooming so fast! HAHAHAHA! Sky was on the edge of my bed on my pillow above me watching and he would look at me and then at Thistle like “this bun is crazy! I like him!” LOL   so we are getting closer to having a better bond Just thought I should share that

Here he is nom noming on his alfalfa cubes, my mom bought for him as a new home warming present (she is getting attatched to him too!)

See his big growing ears! EEK!! ^__^

There you go. Just takes a bit to get them running but once they know you’re not going to eat them, they’re unstoppable.
