So I have been using a puppy carrier that our friend let us use and I love it. Its big and they aren’t cramped when they are in it together. But the the person wanted it back so now we need a new one ( having five cats and two rabbits with one small cat carrier doesn’t work to well). So the one we have left is really small and would only fit one rabbit, maybe two but they wouldn’t be able to move at all. the problem is, is I LOVE the one I used to have but I don’t know if I will be able to find it. ( my parents would rather not order one.). I can’t remember how big it was but it was a good size.

This is kinda what I had, but it was a little different.

I would like have a clip on top like this one does and a opening on top would be cool but I don’t need it.

So do guys know of any good carriers? I would get the same one I had, but the place I saw it was a pet store that sold animals ( including rabbits) and the carrier looked like something had peed on it.

I recommend a double opening one like this one:

          http://www.petsmart.com/product/index.jsp

The larger the better – I believe they come in 2 sizes and you want the larger of the two if you can find it….they are usually in the cat section I believe.

          Here it is at Petco:

The only thing about that one is its a little two short. I would rather them be able to stand up a little.

It comes in various sizes. I have a smallish one, and a larger one

They’ll be able to stand up or sit up in these carriers. The top loaders are best for getting rabbits in and out in an emergency.

We have this one for Peppy:

                  http://www.amazon.com/Suncast-23-Inch-Pet-…ref=sr_1_1

$25 at Amazon, which doesn’t seem all that bad compared to the pricing at some other places (and if you’re a student with a .edu email, sign up for a free 2-year trial of Amazon Prime and get it shipped for free!)  It’s about 2 ft long and rounded at the end, so Peppy can stretch out, and it’s also tall enough for her to sit up in, though she can’t do any periscoping.  My favorite part is that there’s visibility all around, so she can see what’s going on.  Peppy is actually so fond of it that we keep the carrier on the third floor of her NIC condo…I call it her “penthouse apartment” and she always sleeps inside it at night

I have a black sherpa soft cat carrier that has 3 openings, it’s fleece lined with velcro, and it has flaps for the front and back “windows” so the bunny doesn’t get scared. I like it because it’s dark, comfortable, warm, inconspicuous, durable, and easy to clean. I got it because it was the highest quality carrier I could find. It’s actually really hard and it keeps it’s shape. It has these inserts that make it hard. Franz loves it and I let him play in it as a permanent addition to his room and he goes in it when I ask him. Also it has pockets on it for food, water, treats, ect. It had 85 5 star ratings on amazon which was a landslide compared to all the other brands and models. I got it for $65 marked down from one hundred something. Not reccomended if your bunny will chew or scratch it because of the fleece, but you can take that out! My vet really likes the carrier cause it’s like “a little nest.”

They are good carriers, and you can remove the Dog Whisperer stickers from it

That’s what I use for Dutchess. She can move around, lay down, and sit up in it with no problems.
