did anyone give or receive any prezzies they are especially excited about?
my 5yr old nephew was super excited about the hockey pj`s and the book i gave him (called “make the moose out of life“)!!! it was awesome. he jumped up and down with the book and showed everybody. when he was getting ready for bed he said “i`m gonna wear the pj`s you gave me. they`re my new favorite.“ so sweet
i just had the most fun time post gifts, post dinner playing a silly game with my family that had us all laughing to the point of tears
and i got this fab little silver bun meant as a ring holder…

My boyfriend got me a pink/red colored stethoscope and the 2011 rabbits calendar
boyfriend’s parents got me a jacke that is water and wind proof (it has an intersting pattern on it. my boyfrind helped his mom choose it. he did well), an itunes card (looking for games to buy now hehe), xmas socks, a harry potter chocolate froggy, a variety of cocoas.. and a xmas moose. i guess buying moose themed things are a family tradition. i think the parents are getting started early on passing traditions onto my bf and i
my dad got me a gift card to a salon to get a pedicure
i’m in dire need of a pedicure.. my nasty feets 
and he gave me a card with money inside. the card its self is more precious than the money its self it made me cry. not only because it had a bunny with fairy wings, but it was a meaningful card i’m a sap -
Cute presents so far! I love the rabbit calendar, although my sis gave me a calendar done by the Barcelona fire department, all shirtless pics of the guys doing sports and such… ahem… too bad there’s not a combo shirtless firemen/rabbit calendar

Photo necklace of Mr. Bun-Bun. I’m getting one for myself when I have more money, it’s from Snapfish.com and cost about $40 I think but it’s real silver, very cute.

This is technically a piggy bank but I think it’s a cute sculpture on its own, hand-painted, plus I have a lime green living room so I love the bright colors.
CDs by Sufjan Stevens, one of my favorite artists. Somehow I never knew he had this older more obscure recording called “Enjoy Your Rabbit” (on the left) – each song is about one of the Chinese zodiac animals. On the right is “Run Rabbit Run” which is an instrumental remix of this album. It’s weird I didn’t know about this because I love Sufjan Stevens. “Illinois” (aka Come on Feel the Illinoise) is one of my all-time favorite CDs. Getting a rabbit-themed CD would be stupid if you don’t like the music, but I actually love this guy. His Christmas albums are great too.
Other than that all gifts were practical. I got a very expensive and useful Chinese herbal reference guide (thanks Dad) and Inception on blu-ray (woo-hoo!)
Anyway hope you all had a great Christmas. I’m glad some people are online posting. My family all went to bed at 9:00 and my normal bedtime is 3 a.m. so I don’t have much to do here

aww a bunny calendar! I need one soon, I might have to hunt one of those down
I got 2 bath and body work soaps and candles. I gave Dexter a bunch of willow toys today and he was a happy bun. I love that tank top too My Aunt always scopes out bunny things for me not matter what it is, even if it’s a picture from a newspaper she will send it to me lol. She is the best, and has a bunny as well. -
I think my two favorite presents this year were for my feet!
I got these awesomely ridiculous shoes from my mom. And believe me, I will find an occasion for them. They’re over the top but so neat at the same time (all of the sparkles are actually individually sewn on tiny sequins).
And the guy I’m dating got me these Gloomy Bear slippers, hahaha. I’m scared to know how much he paid for them =x
I also got the Tron soundtrack, a little plush flying monkey from the Wizard of Oz, some clothes, gift cards for Amazon and Barnes and Noble, some jewelry, chocolates etc. I’m too lazy to actually go look. =P -

the 2011 rabbits calendar
HJ got me this too! As well as the bunny earmuffs from Hot Topic. And a Goomba hat. And DS styluses.
My friend Andrea got me a Happy Bunny calendar and pencils (I quote: “I figured it combined the two things you like best: rabbits and nerdy things)
My friend Kris got me a jacket.
Ingrid got me bracelets.
I got hot chocolate in a gift exchange.
Mom and dad got me Rockband 3 w/ the keyboard, an ODU sweatshirt, and a giant jar of artichokes.
