        Im a new bunny owner.

I have a 4 month old female lionhead bunny.

I feed her mostly timothy hay with pellets. The ratio is about 75 hay to 25 pellets.

Thats what i was recommended on purchasing from the breeder i bought her from.

But my question is… What are safe veggies to give her? I hear so many things upon researching that i dont know what is good and bad anymore.

What are some suggestions that you can provide me?

Kale, cilantro, collard greens, broccoli, and carrots are hits with my bun. The HRS website also has a list of bunny safe veggies you can try.
You should introduce them one at a time in small quantities, too, to make sure none of them upset her tummy.

my 3 like their cilantro, parsley, romaine lettuce and green leaf lettuce, with some carrot bits and carrot greens as well. Hay should be the majority of the diet, I would say about 80-90% really. My buns get about 1/8 of a cup of pellets each at bedtime, their veggies they get at dinner time when we eat. They have hay to munch on the rest of the day
