THE HOUSE IS SOLD
I AM SO PSYCHED!!
My uncle agreed to the buyer’s needs and we are starting repairs VERY VERY VERY SOON .. and an appraiser will be coming by and if the clients are okay, MY DAD AND I ARE OUT OF HERE!
The contract was signed for the house!YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The closing date is January 10th! My dad is psyched as well! We have been in this house for a year and went through 1 real estate agent.. she made no suggestions to the house, but we got another. It took a few months, but now –
My dad and I will be going into the garage to prepare some donation stuff. There is going to be a lot to get rid of, since we are going into a 1000 sq foot apartment. I’m so psyched! Good things are happening!
Aside from that, I am happy that I have found another job that is not only respectful, but the boss and his wife (they own the place) treat me like a human, are accomidating, encouraging, and patient. I will be working 10 hours a week for them for now.The students that work for them will be going back to school in January, so they will be fitting me in for the hours that I need. I will most likely be an opener/afternoon worker! NO MORE NIGHTS! YAY!
And I will likely be quitting my first job in January sometime 
I can’t wait.. my coworkers at my first job are now seeing how terrible this lady that ‘supposedly runs the store.’After my dad and I move, we are going to Ikea to go furniture shopping. He wants to help me start my education, so I will be starting an online school for Medical Assisting in Febuary. I could start in January, but I want to settle in, unpack, clean, get stuff together.

My dad went to talk to the lady at the apartments. My dad and I have a choice between renovated and not renovated. we are choosing the non renovated. It doesn’t really matter. In the building that we will be in, the non renovated will be on the bottom. So I told my dad I am not taking any chances.. so we will need to get some curtains to hang up in the sunroom for Chacha. I was going to do that anyways, but now I am even MORE for it.. I don’t want to take chances of my bunny being bun napped
We have 3 weeks to pack.. OH man. Donation items first. I don’t know where to begin!

Hehe Sarita, renovate the apartment?
She will be in big trouble.. 
I have an entire bottle of bitter apple to use around the living room/dining area. I’ll try not to choose a crazy curtain color I can’t promise that heheh. Thanks grumpybun! I’m not sure how much room I’ll be giving her to run around in. Everything is much more smaller and confined in an apartment.
