My mom picked up this new kind of litter and i am not sure if it is safe or  not. It is called ” Marth Animal & Reptile Pellet Bedding”, 

This is what the back of the bag says:

 Ingredients: Our 100% kiln dried, virgin wood particles are from Marth, approved mills and that used managed forests that provide consisdtent, quality raw materials.

Process: The pellet mill compresses this clean material under intense heat and pressure wich causes the wood lignin to bind the small particles together naturally with a compression ratio of almost 4:1.

Products: Marth Pellet Bedding’s compressed dried, virgin wood particle fines expand dramatically when exposed to moisture. Moisture releases the energy in the compressed wood fines which allows expansion into a fluffy, naturaly absorbent material.

All of that makes no sense to me. haha. So i don’t really now how to tell if it is safe. Here is a picture on what the bag looks like.
