I finally tried to clean out Lolli’s ears.  I got one done.  I think.  She’s still shaking her head.  And I got a nice deep red mark on my leg for my efforts at making her feel better.  lol  I did not go down into her actual ear.  A lot of gunk came out and it was white.   And later on today I was on the floor, trying to hang out with her and she thumped at me.  Umm…yeah….I think from now on, I’ll spend the $18 and haul her to the vet to have her ears cleaned from now on.  lol

She has dry ears and I think maybe the white gunk was a build up of dry skin.  But is it supposed to white?  I mean, is their ear wax white or darker like ours?  I was expecting dry skin flakes and dark ear wax if there was any on the q-tip. lol

White is good. Yellowish would be OK too but any other color could indicate an infection

Ok, thank you! I wasn’t too worried, but like I said, the white gunk wasn’t really what I was expecting so I though I better check. lol
