My rabbit, Mr. Bunny, used to have near-perfect litter habits. He taught himself how to use the litterbox in less than 2 weeks. He put 100% of his pee in the litterbox and about 98% of his poop in the litterbox.

When we brought home the new bunny, he started marking his territory with poops. I didn’t pay much attention to it. But after that, he started leaving whole piles of poop outside of the litterbox. Now, in the last few days, he’s started leaving most of his pee outside of the litterbox. I’d say that now, he leaves about 85% of his poop and 70% of his pee OUTSIDE of the litterbox.

Do you think this is just him marking his territory? Should I be concerned about it?

This is because of the new rabbit in the house. It should improve once they have cemented their bond for a while.
