i do not like my job. 

actually, i like what i do very much much (architectural designer).   BUT i work for a small design/build construction company in the private sector and the owner sucks.  dispite a recently legislated bill in my province that strictly counters workplace harassment the owner here and his girlfriend (former mistress that recently split up his marriage) regularily yell, swear, bully and berate employees.  the employee turnover here is ridiculously high and obviously morale is low.  to top it off, yesterday a former business partner of my employer won a law suit against him that will likely have a huge impact on his finances.  some former employees (mostly from accounting) were subpoena’d (sp?) to testify in this court battle against him.  oh, and he may now be facing criminal fraud charges. 

i am eternally thankful that i know NOTHING about ANY of the legal issues.  and i just had an interview to work for the municipality

won’t hear back about the job for 2 weeks but keep your fingers crossed for me!!!  it would be a great, stable, workplace harassment-controlled environment to work in.  long term.
