I haven’t been on in a long time. But we are going through a bout of GI Stasis. I will be calling the vet soon to find out how Mr. Puddles is doing. I’m sooo scared right now.  He had a reaction to the first drug they gave him. So I’m praying that the next one will help.  Please send bunny prayers this way for him.  I will try to get back on and let you know how it turns out.

Vibes to Mr. Puddles, please keep us updated. Does the vet know why he stopped eating?

Well Mr. Puddles did not make it through the night. The vet is not sure what happened. I can’t seem to stop crying. The house just feels so empty without him here. He was sooo much part of our family and now he is just gone. I don’t know how people deal with this. It hurts so bad.
Bunnies depend on you for everything. I think that it is a different kind of bond with rabbits. They are like our little babies. I will miss him so much.
Thanks for all of your thoughts and prayers!!

Big hugs to you! I know it hurts. It’s not fair, I know…I wish they could live forever.

I will light a candle for Mr. Puddles so he can cross the bridge.

Oh, I am so sorry to hear about Mr. Puddles. I know how upsetting it is to lose your furbaby. You and the vet did all you could, and he is not suffering now. He is being helped across the Rainbow Bridge by all of our beloved bunnies that have gone before him.

You all have no idea how much your kind words mean to me. It helps to know that others can relate to the sadness, and that I’m not alone with my feelings.

I’m so sad to read this update. They are such a part of our lives when they live in the house with us so I understand some of the sadness you must be feeling. Please accept my condolences. *Binky Free Mr Puddles*

I’m so sorry for your loss and the grief you are feeling. I lost not one beloved bunny, but three, to illnesses beyond my control. It is like losing a little baby and it hurts SO much I know. I will say prayers that your mourning will soon pass and you will have another bunny you will love, guided to it by Mr. Puddles watching over you from the Divine Pasture, for many many years. *Healing vibes to you*

I”m so sorry for your loss. We can definitely understand the pain of this. We, bunny lovers, know how much these beautiful little creatures become a part of our family, our heart and so when we lose them, it’s heart breaking. The loss you feel though represents how loved Mr. Puddles was and how lucky he was to be so loved by you. What a great life he must have had and even though he’s crossed over, he’s at peace now. I know with my own losses, though it stabs with pain at first, in time, the good memories ease the heartache.

Binky Free Mr. Puddles, and peace and healing vibes and hugs to you.

Sorry, I don’t mean to hog this thread but I just had to say: Your words are beautiful, BinkyBunny, and I know they will help Puddle Bunny as will everyone else’s offerings of sympathy will as well. I am still mourning my loss of Buddie, from April 8 and they are helping me as well. You put it so well pointing out that a bunny becomes a part of your heart and when it passes, that part of your heart breaks and feels lost, so painfully. I too, wish to those of us who are going through a loss of a beloved pet, to you Puddle Bunny, that our mourning will soon be healed and will be taken the place by cherished memories of the many months and years when they were mutually happy and healthy with us and gave us so much. Hugs to all of you…
