And I don’t care.  LOL   Since I have been home on medical leave, they have been free pretty much 24/7.  So after I got their pen area cleaned and litter box changed, I put them back in the pen.  So they are now cooped up.  Poor babies.  They also have a really bad habit of pooping all over the place.  I think it’s territorial pooping.  Lolli will leave a few droppings, then Eddie will come along, etc.  They seem to think the other side of my bed is poop central for some reason though.  I have let this go on long enough and am fed up.  So I will be trying to get them better trained as well.  Any tips?

Oh and don’t feel too bad for them cause here is their pen area.  LOL  Yes it takes up most of the living room.  And of course they aren’t spoiled.  haha

Haha! This sounds like my situation. I keep saying to myself I will reclaim the house back from them. I haven’t quite yet….but good for you in laying down the law. They should be more then happy with that space. Actually, I’ve noticed mine become quite content after a while when I’ve shut them up. And when I give them access back to the rest of they house, they choose to hang around the area where I’d confined them.  Maybe it’s that it becomes more their defined space. Hopefully that translates to them not feeling the need to mark up other areas.

Eddie looks so adorable. I want to hug and give him kissies.

Arson – Eddie is my snuggle bun so once he got used to you, he’d probably let you give him snuggles and kisses. LOL

jerseygirl – I have tried to reclaim my home before but I usually give up. lol But I’ve been sitting around here, looking at it all and not able to do a whole lot of cleaning at once, so it’s driving me nuts. And most of the time, when they were free, they would hang out in their pen area. It was quite odd cause when we were in the routine, they usually couldn’t wait to get out when I got home and would take off. Now they just hang out. They will get free time but we it will be the “work routine” – in during the day and over night with free time in the late afternoon till bedtime. And since I need to work on their pooping habits, their free space will be restricted to the living room/dining room. That’s my plan at least. We’ll see how it goes. LOL
