          Panting?

Try move them to a cooler part of the house. Try laundry or bathroom or wherever it’s noticeable cooler. Use a fan to keep the air circulating.  Apply wet washcloth to the back of their ears. Try get them to eat some wet greens or to drink more. If you think either are overheating, run a few inches of cool water in a bath or basin and sit them in it.

i can’t move them. because they have to stay in my room but but what if i let them in the bathroom with the door shut ( it gets really cold when the door is shut) for a few hours.

Anywhere it is cooler. Are you sure the bathroom would be cooler with the door shut? Could you out a small fan in there just to keep the air moving around.

I understand your parents have set ground rules. At times like this it’s either move them to get them cooler / or a trip to the vet. I’m sure your parents would rather have the rabbits temporarily moved to a cooler spot.

If you can’t move them right now, try the other cooling tips and get the air in your room moving with a fan.

Worth a try. If you’re hot, they’re hot. If they’re panting they are hot. Remember to try get them to drink or offer some wet greens. Put a little juice in some water to get them interested if that works for your two.

You could also try wetting a wash cloth and wiping them down with it. Not soaking them or anything, but just dampening their fur. I did this to Eddie once and he was fine with it. Well, he didn’t like it per se, but he got cooled down. lol

If you have empty water bottles you could refill them and freeze them and just lay them in their area for them to find and get cool from. Maybe even on the tile to keep the tile cool.

I just gave mine baths to clean their bums and even though I have the air on plus fans running (I hate being hot and am paranoid about them), they seemed like they were cooler and feeling good. lol

Also if you aren’t doing and if you can, put the fans or position them closer to the buns so the air blows on them. Mine initially didn’t like the air blowing on them, but now they love it. They’ll hop up to my air purifier and sit there, letting the air blow on them. LOL
