Wow it has been so long since I’ve been here! Petzy sent me a message and I decided to pop in and see what’s new. I wasn’t around for very long before so most of you are probably like “who are you?”
.I don’t own any pets as of the current time anymore. After my rabbit I only had my single fighting fish but he recently died a few weeks ago.
I’ve returned to an old hobby (see the photos to figure out what it is) that I started but never finished about 14 or so years ago. It isn’t furry or cute but it’ll do for now… this was sitting in the garage all those years and I figured I should finish it.
Hope you all are doing well! I’ll be searching the lounge for pictures of new cuties I haven’t seen before

Those doll houses are amazing! I wonder if any doll houses ever had a mini bunny condo in them… that would be neat!

Hello again! Miyuki is my middle name. I use it online sometimes since my first name Julie is more common
. We do have a large Asian population here in Hawaii though so it isn’t uncommon to see Japanese names. And to anyone who is going to build a house… bunnies will love to sit in it. They will also think everything is a chew toy
. My mom’s old dollhouse became a giant rabbit chew toy! -

There’s plenty new members and bunnies here so you’ll be busy looking at all the pics. Ditto, Petzy, I’d like to know meaning of your name too. I think it’s a pretty name. I like the dollshouse. I should do something like this….I like interiors and I’m always demolishing something around home. A dollhouse would be more manageable and might actually have better chance of getting finished!
Jersey once hopped into one that I keep around for when I have kids visiting. She looked like a giant. I’m imagining miniture sets like the have for television and film that you could set rabbits in for photos. Be a great advertisement for House Rabbits. A member here (Usagi) posted pics she had done thru a local rescue of her rabbit in a set so he appeared Godzilla-like. It looked fantastic!

One of my friends build amazing “everything”…inlcuding doll houses such as yours. The fainting couch looks just like the one she made cat-size for her cats…so cute! She made one last Christmas with the living room decorated; christmas tree with blinking lights & ornaments and a train running around the tree. Absolutely amazing. She made me an oak mantle and a shelf for my bathroom with hand carved bows…really talented person. I don’t think there is anything she can’t fix or build…and so creative. I love crafts, but no comparison. The little mini furniture you can buy are pretty cool but I think she makes most of hers. You should be proud to be so talented! And, welcome back…I’m relatively new & don’t post much but what a web site

Just to clarify, the house is a kit and I just glued/nailed it together
. I am decorating it slowly and all the furniture is store bought. Except for a few pieces I copied and “shrank” from IKEA’s website. Here is another photo for your entertainment! For those of you who were wondering what those weird colored strips were running by the doors and on the floor, it is copper tape for my electrical system. I am trying to light all the rooms in my house. This is a bathroom that I’ve recently laid floor tiles in and put up the lighted mirrors!
