  As summer 2010 rolls in, we’re reminded that this is the SLOWEST time of the year for adoptions, and by far the most calls for surrenders pour in. Each year we compile a list of the most needed items the rescue needs to collect to get us through until late fall when everything picks back up.
  
  We SINCERELY thank you for anything you’re able to help us with! As we roll into the summer, we’re working really hard to stay on top of phone calls, emails and appointments so that we can find as many homes for these buns as we can!
  
  In the last month, we’ve gotten a brand new a/c unit that is keeping the rescue at 72 degrees! The floors were re-done with a blue-green epoxy which not only looks amazing but is super easy to mop and keep clean… and we bought a laundry sink to help make filling all those water bottles (more than 50 everyday!) easier!
  
  We simply can’t do what we do without the awesome friends we have. We thank you SO much for your continued support, and for everything you guys do for the bunnies. If not for facebook, myspace, binkybunny, bunspace – all our friends across the country and around the world, the bunnies here wouldn’t be safe and loved, spayed & neutered and finding the amazing forever homes that they are!

  Sorry to put a damper on your post, but asking for donations directly on Binkybunny is not allowed. There is a sticky directly above this post that states that very clearly, but in case you did not see that, here our the guidelines regarding soliciting donations:

The word “help” can be used, but you cannot directly ask for donations or money anywhere in the forum or chat. (This rule applies to all forum groups, not just rescue)
  
  You can provide a link to another site for more information which may have a donation link on your own site’s page, but you cannot directly link from here to paypal or other pay system.
