  So as I posted before awhile ago, I have poopwars, now I believe it’s mostly Bee, but I’ve seen Indy do it as well – so hopefully after Bee’s spay (waiting for check to clear to setup my appt ) this won’t be so bad. I mean …it’s not terrible, but what makes it get bad is when Bee digs and throws everything all over. So I was using 2 small boxes, then I had to use one for the new baby bunny, so one tiny box wasn’t working well at all. SOooo now I switched and found a HUGE box in the garage. I could sit in it if I wanted to! Plenty of room for hay and 2 bunnies to sit in. Bun is sceptical and thinks Bee is a drama queen but we’ll see how this goes. I really hate picking up 50 poops in front of Bun’s pen!! Anyways, fingers and ears crossed that the poop makes it in here and not on my floor.

  You can see the mess I’m dealing with on my carpet. I have to bust out the steam cleaner every week to clean that up.

  Bun wants to know why her only viewing zone is covered in poop and pee! I’m praying this all stops once Bee is fixed and then heck, why not try a bond them all. I got all the time in the world this summer.

  ehhh…It didn’t work too much better with the poop wars BUT…it’s high lids are keeping things contained inside so on that note it is a bit better that the smaller boxes.

  Somehow when I see her eyes I keep thinking of that old 40’s (?) tune, “Glow little glow worm, glimmer, glimmer…” lol … My mum used to play that on the piano.

  I love her little ears for some reason. They melt my heart and make me EEEEEEEEEeEEEE at her! And that little snoopy brown nose. *sigh*

  Ah, summer. I’m guessing you must have to try to keep them cool because of the hot Cali weather, eh?

  I had the same problem with Bella!!! Oh, the digging! Not only that, she would back up and hike her little bottom and pee right over her litter box onto the wall and floor! I’ve tried 3 litter boxes! The first was a high back corner litter box which I DON”T RECOMMEND! That thing was a pain! Then, a cat litter box (large). That didn’t work! There was just more litter for her to dig in! Then, I found a cat litter box that has the top on it. Not a lid but it has a top that makes it impossible for her to get litter and pee out of! Problem solved!

  I really like this large box, I can put plenty of hay in it without the fear of it going all over, same with the wood pellets. I woke up this morning and it was very dug in, but everything stayed inside thank god. There also wasn’t too many stray poops around. Oh well at least half the problem was solved with the large box.
