  Is this the time where I am supposed to mention all the great people and creatures who led to me being here today? So I would like to thank all the rabbits who crossed my path, and the people I met online and in person because of them. I learnt something from all of them.
  
  I have to ask, if I am being rented out, Beka, am I now the property of BB? You can only rent something out that is owned. Somehow this was not mentioned to me.
  
  Monkeybun you should have just stayed in Alberta. You could have come up to my place easily.
  
  Jersey, you had to bring up the littertest and I now may just have to revive this topic again. I wonder if ‘X factor’ would be a good name to market my litter material?
  
  Now I will join in Rabbitpam’s happy dance.
