Why rabbit climb overt each other and scratch them when they fight? My two unspayed have been doing that but they kinda bonded but sometimes there’s still a little mounting going on.

Mounting can be a dominance thing, but as yours are unspayed, its liekly a sexual frustration thing. Get them fixed, especially if you want to have them bonded.

I don’t think that there really is such a thing a “kinda bonded”- you are either working with them daily and you are going thru the bonding process and they are housed separately but probably by each other- or they are bonded.  There is no in between if they are living together.

And the behavior sounds concerning as injuries can easily happen and the vet bills can equal more than the spay/neuters.
