I have the most idiotic refrigerator. Even though I have it turned to it’s lowest setting so it doesn’t go gonzo with the cold, it freezes some portion of my veggies every week. >.< Even in the special drawer just for the vegetables!

This time it was my Sunday kale for the bunnies. I managed to get some of it that was still decent to give them tonight, but the rest of it is either wilted or browned or just rock hard with ice.

In the spots where it’s still green though, even if it froze, will it be okay to give the buns? It won’t hurt them, will it?

        Stupid fridge…

I also have an idiotic fridge sometimes. Since I wrap all the veggies with paper towels, for the most part they are fine, even if they are slightly frosty. I still give them.

Mine does the same thing!! Wrapping it does help, and Mellow doesn’t mind a bit of frostiness. Idk if it changes the nutritional value.

              Kalecicles! Yum!

Send it down to Sammy. She loves Kale, and has it this week. By the time it gets here it should be defrosted.

Freezing is fine I wouldn’t start keeping kale outside or in the freezer lol but they should be totally fine

My fridge does this if I pack it too full-then stuff gets frosty. Which stinks because fridges were NOT designed with four bunnies and a vegematarian in mind
