Flop and Grooming!

I was sad and crying.. I lost my mom 2 months ago. it was a rough day. I went to my rabbit’s cage and started talking to her through my tears. She was very quiet and watched me as I talked. I wrapped a blanket around myself and went into her playpen. She began to paw at my blanket (one of her favorite things ever), and would sniff me.. she ran around like a crazy bunny and binkied.

it made me laugh and made me feel better. she also eventually flopped onto her back and wiggled around LOL!! I died laughing and she got back onto her regular sitting position and flopped down as a sign of relaxation…. It made me laugh so hard!

Also, the grooming!!
This happened yesterday. I was brushing her while she was on top of her bunny condo. I was brushing her back side and she was turning in circles LIKE A CAT CHASING ITS TAIL!! My bunny was silly! I think she was thinking “What’s this? What’s this?!?!”

Nothing makes me smile like G) a Binky!

One of my other faves is the ear wash! Both lop and uppy ears are soooo adorable!

G for sure. Flopsy had this thing where we would race around like a crazy race car. Ho would jump in the air, jump over things are on things ( like my cat Velvet!), & then all of a sudden he would plop down & go to sleep. It was so cute.

e) the bunny flop
and
g) binkies!

the bunny flop is definitely cute but there’s nothing like zooms and binkies. it doesn’t matter what i’m doing, if i see a binky i start laughing right then and there. sometimes mid-sentence. there’s just nothing more precious than a binky, i think.. perhaps because a binky is specifically a BUNNY thing. (no matter how hard i try to do one with him….. and i PRAY that no one EVER catches me doing that on video. HAHA)

D for Monkey. She dances and dances for her treats, its hilarious.

G for Moose. When he binkies, he gets all embarrassed and runs to hide for a few moments, then runs back out to binky again. He’s funny

*hugs for Buri* Its amazing how these small critters can cheer us up when the world makes us down, isn’t it?

i second that! i’m so glad you brought a bunny into your life right now, buri! she’ll help you through the tough times. =)

I think I have to go for G) the binky. I laugh and laugh every single time.

Though grooming and eating are amazing – I just love to sit and watching Otto munch away on something. It’s very calming for some reason

I love the binky and the flop, but i really love catching the rare bunny yawn and stretch.

Gizmo has done it a couple times where i saw it, a huge catlike stretch followed by a giant yawn showing off her cute teeth!

You should come to my house. Otto does this after every single time he gets up – I see the bunny yawn and stretch at least 3-4 times per day. Whenever he does it I say “Roar bunny! Roar!” Lol. I should’ve put this as the cutest thing!

Oh, yeah…the stretch/yawn combo is insanely adorable too.

I’d have to say binkies! they just make me laugh so hard, and make me happy!

There’s too many to pick one as “the cutest”! I do want to add another though – Melting. When they melt into a bunny puddle (also known as pancake?).

This is really tough.
For my bun I will go with C) grooming.
It is so funny and cute when Bunny tries to clean his ears. They are upright and fairly short so he bends down his ear as far as possible and tries to catch it between his paws. He usually gets it after a few tries and then he holds the tip of his ear to his mouth and licks it. He can only reach the tips though! It is so cute! I sometimes hold his ear to his mouth for him. I’m such a helper.

Plus the cleaning between the toes is always fun. Stretched out big bunny toes always makes me smile.

well, after reading everyone’s responses i’m adding a new answer to the poll and changing my answer to

I) all of the above!

because let’s face it.. EVERYTHING they do is cute. it would just be faster to think of things they did that weren’t cute.

C) Grooming. I always go “Sqweeeeeeeee!!!” When I see any of my buns grooming their ears!! Omg I think when rabbits groom their ears it’s the cutest thing in the world.

The pancake is basically when you are petting them and they seem to squish into the floor and get as flat as possible. I especially love when they have their face totally flat on the ground and their butt up in the air.

Hmmm…. Id have to say my favorite things are Leroy’s flops and Jeannie’s binkies. Leroy has been doing so many more flops since we’ve gotten Jeannie – she makes him happy. And Jeannie’s binkies are hilarious. Sometimes she does little bitty popcorn binkies, but when she really gets going and she’s popping all over the living room, some are as high as 2 or 3 feet! (And she’s less than 2 lbs! )

Also, I LOVE the cat stretch/yawn combo Squeee! Bunnies are so cute!
