It might be that bit trickier to train Hershey if she’s older and more used to her ways. Try taking out the paper towel. She might be thinking of it like litter OR she might be peeing on it purposely because it’s there and she thinks it shouldn’t be there! You know, like she disapproves…lol
If she pee then onto the cage floor, you can wipe it up with some towel then stick that into her litter box afterwards.

They’re not spayed, right? I’m just wondering if they could be marking against each other (there’s another bunny in here! must pee on floor … ). Hershey might think that Twix is an interloper 😉 Nothing you can do except what you’re doing I guess – keep cleaning it up and see if she gets the idea.

Just have to be consistent with hershey, take out the paper towels, pile a ton of hay in her litter box, and keep wiping up accidents and pick up poops and put them in her box. Bunnies can be very much like small children, they do need potty training

my 2 girls are jst over 8 weeks and for the most part they pee in the litter box but most of their poop is on the floor. i just keep sweeping it uo and putting it into the litter and when they pee on the cage floor, i put stall dry on it and sweep it away…but i am wondering if whipping it up with paper towel and putting it int the litter box would be a better idea to get them the hint?? and what about getting them to always poop in the box and not on the floor?? is this something that will come in time? i am a new bun slave
