  Ok, I have Hershey at work so I can feed and keep an eye on her ’tilting’ problem.
  
  My boss is very quiet anyway, I have no idea he’s behind me as I very happily pluck foul smelling cecals (poo to my boss) from under my bunny’s tail and pop them into Hershey mouth, cooing “here ya go, what a beautiful bun you are”…….lol

  I think piggie and bunny people are the only ones who enjoy the political season for the bounty of chloroplast it leaves behind. Driving around spotting the signs that are about the right size I need to replace the floors in the condos. Is it wrong to give in to a candidate who wants to put a sign in your yard permission IF he’ll put the big one? (knowing full and well that sucker’s going to be cut up as soon as it’s dark?

  HAHAHAHA! Good on ya boss for letting you keep Hershey at work! That should be huge brownie points.
  Election year this year…I can’t wait to build my bunny condo with beautiful chloroplast floors. Even though i’m a Labor person myself, I’ll probably use Liberal boards because they’re blue and so prettier…and also the thought of my bunnies doing their business on the Liberal signs is funnier 🙂

  One thing though… the candidates put a lot of time and money into their campaign and I know a lot of effort is put into placing those signs in strategic locations. Also, it takes AGES to go door to door and ask everyone to put a sign in their yard. I’m not that politically involved, but my mom is, and has run multiple campaigns which I’ve helped out with so I KNOW how much goes into a campaign. So out of respect for the candidates, regardless of the party, you should probably wait until elections are over before ripping up the signs for flooring.

  haha! Good point Barbie. Those running campaigns need to tap into the bunny community interests. “You are assured my vote, so long as you hand over your signs post-election”

  That is a good point, Barbie, I’ll wait until the election. I live in a small town and election night a city truck goes around and trashes the ones stuck on public property, (a lot of nice big ones…..drool) Some tend to stick them on my corner since I’m on a main drag so if it’s the wrong party I may have to ‘dispose’ of it early, and what better way than to recycle? lol
  
  Wonder what the candidates would think if they found notes written on their signs: HANDS OFF, I GOT DIBBS!

  Only bunny mums would stalk a stranger around HEB because they bought the expensive organic carrots with the nice green tops wondering if she’ll get arrested for asking if she’s going to eat those……..

  LOL! Oh, we are crazy! I’ve done something like this. I always ask for the carrot tops at the grocery store, and if they don’t have any that day, I loiter, watching for anyone checking out with carrot tops intact.
  
  Sometimes I end up with the motherload so I deliver a ziplock bag of the good green stuff 2 doors down because I know they have a rabbit.

  I can’t tell you guys the weird looks I get when let the cashier know that the carrots are just extra, it’s the tops I want for my rabbits. The looks on their faces are classic!
  Stalking people for carrot tops…hmmm…..I think I have a new career!
  
  You sound like you have a terrific boss, kralspace. How long till boss’s day? I think he needs a box of chocolates delivered (as long as they don’t look like cecals).

  Hahaha I’ve been to afraid to ask people for their carrot tops. It has crossed my mind though! I recently bought a large dog crate off of craigslist and when I went to pick it up, the guy asked “so did you get a new puppy?” My response “nope! it’s for my bunny!” The look on his face was priceless, he was so confused, lol.
  
  Kralspace, as far as the signs go, yeah some cities do go around and remove them so if your city is going to destroy them anyway, you might as well yoink them for flooring I’ll have to grab some to try with Leroy later this fall!
