  I went ahead and bought some greens about a week ago. I bought mustard and straight and curly parsly. I went ahead and put them in ziplock bags with paper towels. No I understand they won’t last forever, but how do you guys prepare you greens for the week?

  ^^^I was just about to repost that thread link. We literally JUST talked about this topic. There are some good suggestions in that thread. I wish veggies would last forever… we’re spending an arm and a leg on them.

  For herbs like parsley, dill and cilantro, I put them standing up in a small glass of water in the fridge, then putting the plastic bag I got them in over it. THey are lasting for about 3 weeks this way!
  Highly recommend it.
