So, I have had this new hay rack for a month or two now and I feel confident reporting that I really love it and Torri (my tester bunny) does as well.

I hang it above her litter box, so the extra pieces fall into it and it works very well and is very clean and easy to use.  I have the double size, so it was on the pricier end, I will admit that!

Can you post a picture of yours in use? The way it is shown on the Jen’s website wouldn’t work for my rabbits.

I am at school right now, but I would be happy to snap a picture this evening. I have my girl free-range in her own room and then she has access to her cage. I hung it from the top of the cage; it would not work in a x-pen without some creative modifications!

And maybe include Torri in that picture? Please, please?

I can just see rabbits jumping up into it to eat the hay!

My rabbits would probably eat the rack. But there’s a ton of stuff on her site that I’d love to get!

I just make my hay racks out of NIC cubes and cardboard. I really should take a picture, but I have been to lazy to so far. But my hay racks I have made have worked out well for me. I don’t really like the ones I buy.

OOh, I love that. Now, if I could just figure out a way to get it to work in a huge dog crate!!

                          peekaboo Torri!
It’s a good size. You pictures do it more justice. It’s much more sturdy than I first thought.

Could you attach it across a cage or pen wall also? Clipping it a bit more along the bottom part. Sort of like a pocket?

Oh, what a cool looking hay rack (now off to see if I can sew one up myself lol)

It is actually very sturdy.  Torri has jumped in it before when she “helps” me fill her hay (aka makes a huge mess) and it was no problem at all.

I think it could be attached to anything you like with a little creativity, it just has shower curtain rings/clips for hooks, so it could be attached to any wire.
