When does he nip you? When reaching into his cage or when he’s out playing?

What kind of litter box are you using, does he have something soft in the corner he keeps using that you don’t want him to? Can you move a litter box to that corner as he seems to prefer it?

Just need more info so we can help ya come to a solution

Sometimes young buns get excited and nip as part of playtime. He’ll probably grow out of this, but one method that worked for me is to get up and walk away every time my bun did this. He soon learned that playtime with me ended whenever he started nipping. Now this method doesn’t work if he’s biting aggressively to get you to go away, but if it only happens during playtime I don’t think he’s being aggressive.

For the litter training – how old is he? Is he neutered? I would clean the spot very well with a vinegar/water solution so that he can’t smell the pee anymore. If that doesn’t work, you may need to just put a litter box in that corner.

              I hope this helps.

                Ditto.

As for the nipping, you can also let out a high pitched squeal. That is “ouch, you hurt me” in bunny language. If it doesn’t stop him, walk away.
But when a bunny gets older, he will often use his teeth by setting them on you, but not actually hurting you. This is like using an extra hand to push you out of the way, or show excitement. Bunnies rarely break the skin.
