but what about other types of sprouts? Would it be okay to feed wheat sprouts, or barley sprouts, radish or mung bean sprouts?

Could we go by the general rule of, if the bunny can eat the adult plant, then they can eat the sprout?

I would think so. I think alot of the lists just list those items that are more readily available (not gourmet or specialty) which is why they are not always totally complete.

House Rabbit Society does mention radish and clover sprouts as well.

I have a list of acceptable foods from my vet — no mention of any kind of sprouts what so ever. Just tossing in my 2 cents worth…..

Not all lists are complete. I wish there was one all-comprehensive one for all plant matter including twigs, sprouts, fruit, vegetables, herbs and so on.

A comprehensive list would be awesome, but I can see why they would want to mainly focus on the ones that are *most* tolerated. Buns don’t give a hoot if a food is “acceptable” for them… either they’re gonna eat, or they’re not gonna eat it… and it’s up to us to determine if they like something and if they can digest it properly.
