I am really trying to post and having lots of problems. I read the information about how to do it and I must be really dense?

I cannot find the “attachment” thingy either. Where is it located when you start a new thread?

The way I do it is I go into add reply and just copy and paste the pics I want from photo bucket. you paste it and then a little box pops up and you have to paste the pic in the little box.

the attachment thingy is on the bottom of the page on the left along with topic.   I been here 1 1/2 years and just discovered them last month.

I had a hard time finding it too. I was all “attatchment button? what attatchment button?” It took me like 15 minutes to find it under the box I was typing in.

If you’re starting from here, click the Add Reply button (Instead of using Quick Reply).

Scroll down to BELOW the Submit/Cancel/Preview buttons.

You’ll see Attachments on the left, but click the arrow opposite it on the right.

Click the Browse button and browse through your own computer until you find the photo you want. If you can’t see images, go to the icon at the top of the browse box that gives menu viewing options and click the word Thumbnails. That changes your files from words to icons or photos.

Click the one you want to show here and click Open. Then come back to this screen in the Attachments section and click the Upload button.

When it’s ready, a filled in line appears giving you options. Click  Insert Image.

The image will open inside the white box, then you can drag and drop it anywhere in your reply box. It’s going to be big, so click it and grab one corner with your mouse until it turns into the resize arrow. Drag in to make it smaller while keeping the dimensions in porportion, or drag out to make it bigger. Here is an example. This is what Jersey thinks of my instructions. She flopped over with boredom.

Sammy is hiding in her hut and won’t come out, so I guess I’ll finish.

Hit the Submit button and there it is!

Pam, I must say… you are a good cure-all for that “bunny insomnia” that seems to plague rabbits around the globe…

                              Pam: “I have a story…”

                              Bunnies (collectively): “yawn, flop, zzzzzzzzzzz…”

I figured it out but my program needs to be fixed because I cannot load pictures either in my personal album. I told Binky Bunny and she said it was on the fix list, otherwise, I finally did figure it out but it will not work and my pictures were downsized also so they should post.

Desma, the pictures posted in the forums don’t have to come from your Profiles Picture Album.  When you click on attachments then the Browse button, your picture folder (or wherever you store photos on your PC) should open and you can select from there.  For example, I use Internet Explorer so when I click on Browse, “My Pictures”  opens up (i.e My Pictures with My Documents).  You can open pictures on your computer and downsize them if needed, then save them in the regular place where Images are saved.

The one above was when she was four months old. This is her grown size now.

I found out that my Catster program can more quickley resize my photos. You get to see what an old fart woman I am in this one with Hunny. She is used to being loved to pieces and doesn’t struggle.  She is so patient with me.
