Ok, so ever since I bonded the buns Bunny`s litter habits have been less than awesome.  Of course there were crazy poo wars during the bonding, but they got better once they were bonded.  Better, but not perfect.  But now Bunny has been peeing in random places on the carpet.

How can I get her to stop doing this?  How can I encourage better litter habits in an older bun who used to be good with her habits?

(I just posted this in the diet and care forum and then realized it was the wrong place for the thread, so I moved it here).

Can you confine them to their cage for a while and start over with the litter training? I would try that, then when you let them out for short supervised playtime try putting litter boxes where she has peed before.

Both buns are free range, so we don’t even have a cage. I think if I tried to confine Bunny she would get really stressed out too.

She had teeth problems before, and I have noticed that her eyes have been a wee bit crusty, so I’m wondering if her teeth could be bothering her again. If so, would that make her lose her litter habits?

If she’s had teeth probs and her eyes are crusty I would go see the vet. They may only be a little gunky but remember she is bonded so she is getting groomed by the other bun and you may only see a small amount.

I would think that being uncomfortable could certainly contribute to it Also even though they are free range you can still cut down area. Try restricting them to the kitchen (easy to clean) until they start to ‘clean up their act’
