        Hi everybunny!

Today I got my order of hay and Bella’s new food, Oxbow Bunny Basics 15/23. I mixed 3/4 cups of PANR and 1/4 of Oxbow and I put most of the Oxbow on top and when I placed the bowl in her cage this afternoon, she ran and started eating it! I guess that is good sign! I am glad she likes it so much. Today I have had her 3 weeks and she has grown sooooo much and bonded to me. I just love her so much!!

Just thought I would share! Thanks for your help on the food swtich and I did find it labeled right on the bag….who knew?!?

That’s great news. Sometimes the transition can be challenging but it looks like it’ll be a cinch with her! She’s lucky to have you – sounds like a wonderful bond!

Thanks BB! Yes, she LOVES it! I refilled her bowl this morning and she ran right over to it. Must be the smell….it does smell soooo good. Hay smells soooo good Yes, I need help….lol! But I am glad the transition is going smoothly.

I can tell she is “my” bunny. She took to me immediately, which I am not complaining about. Valen seemed to take to Scott (my boyfriend) he just loves him. He loves me too, just responds to Scott more.

Awe! That’s sweet that you each have a bond.

My husband is scared of Vivian – she puts on a real tough bluff! He’ll bend down put his hand near her and she’ll lunge (not bite) and Steve, who is over 6′  pops up and jumps back a few feet like a scaredy cat.  But I told Steve, if you jump back like a freak when she lunges, she “owns” you! (evil laugh). So I told my husband to close his eyes when he pets her so he wont get nervous and enable her to use her intimidation tactics -this way she can learn to trust other people (not just me). At first he thought I was just trying to get him killed by a bunny, but it’s been working and so only NOW, after many months, starting to win her over.
