  Yay! I heard from the humane society this morning, was there this afternoon and now have 3 beautiful black kittens at home. The interesting thing is that they’re not siblings but kittens that were brought in individually, but they put them together to make a little group out of them. There’s one boy (Will) and 2 girls (Kelsey and Vada). I honestly don’t know which is which of the girls yet because they didn’t know when I picked them up. I know that Kelsey is heavier, and one of them has a little tiny bit of white on her front. Which you can’t see in these pictures because the girls decided they’d rather eat than pose. Which is a good thing, they’re old enough to be adopted but they’re underweight so they need to eat!

  How precious. I wish that I could foster but I don’t think that I could give them up. Very admirable of you to do it.

  I think that it helps that I’ve got a date that they go back on. So I know that it’s not gosh at some point they’ll have to go back, it’s okay on THIS date they go back, they’re only here until then so don’t go getting too attached.
  
  Having said that Will has already taken quite a liking to me. He follows me around and climbed up on my lap to sleep earlier.

  Awww too cute! You’re doing a great thing! And just remember, that when those kitties go back and find home – kittens and puppies are always the easiest to adopt – you can help more kittens in need!
  
  There are two cats at the local shelter that I absolutely ADORE. Both large black and white males (desexed of course). They are the sweetest most mellow cats I have ever met. If I could, and if my bf wasn’t deathly allergic to cats, I would DEFINITELY take one or both home!

  Aw! They look so much like my Myuu did when she was a kitten! 0_o You must have a strong heart, Annette, if you can give these sweeties back.
  And yeah, that’s how I wound up with Griffyn. Took a nap in my jacket sleeve and never left! lolz….

  Scooter here: The kitties are adorable, but we both agreed that we don’t keep anything we foster. What also helps is that there is a city by-law limiting households to 3 cats. I’m not sure why. But with our three adult cats, we are already full.
  
  Bailey the bunny is very unimpressed with the kittens and has been charging them all evening. He is also refusing to talk to us. I’m sure he’ll get over it. The other bunnies are ignoring the “intruders”.

  Omg Tab, my kitty, who now lives with my mom up in Canada, is named Neko too! She’s a sweetie.
  
  Now, Annette, i know you may not know this.. but its the same as with the buns. Daily pics of babies required. nd my, kittens seem to stay babies a long time, don’t hey?

  Will and Kelsey each have a little tiny bit of white on their chests, Kelsey has a little more underneath and of course Will is a boy so that’s a pretty easy way to tell them apart. Vada is completely black except she’s got some white hairs at her ears.
