I remember we’ve had a few chats about this, and not had much info. It doesn’t seem to be prevelant at all but do we know the signs and symptoms? I don’t for sure. So I found this GREAT resource, which unfortunately reiterates her rabbits dying from mycotoxins  I think it’s totally worth a read though! No disturbing photos on this page don’t worry. It goes over signs and symptoms, her fight with the manufactureer and carrier of the food (she had necropsies done and the food tested).

I’ve read the article that Cristina Forbes wrote that she referenced.

It seems like it’s more of a problem in rabbit food than anything.

If you do any testing it is suggested you send it for testing yourself – do not rely on the manufacturer – of course, they are going to say they test for it – duh :~)

My rabbits get very little pellets or none and I try not to worry about every little possible thing that could cause harm otherwise I’d only be worrying.
