well just been to vet.   NO change.

She is stumped.   Vet is going to check  with another vet pics and all.   Will be a few days til I hear from her.

Dang.   I was teasing that we will have to cut his bottom lip off to get rid of the problem.   So frustrating

Boo – poor little Cotton, lip wounds must be tough to heal since he probably moves it around when he eats and drinks.

That’s too bad. Poor cotton and poor you having to worry about this. Sounds like your vet is committed though to figuring it out. Even the best vets can get stumped.

I am sure this has been covered before, but I am wondering if there is a sharp edge on one of the top incisors, or one is longer than the other,  that  may be irritating the bottom lip.   Could that be a possibility?

Well I can ask her about that.   2 vets there have looked at his teeth tho.  And the scab constantly grows outwards I don’t think thats it but you never know.  OH the scabs are 3.  One in the middle of the lip and  2 on each side.

I am very frustrated with this.  Just breaks my heart to see him jump up and rub his face when something touches that lip.
