Okay, unless any of you here play Animal Crossing DS Wild World, you’d have no idea on that reference.

Anyway…must confess. Hubby and son have been on a jaunt for the last week. And where they were there are fleas.

We do not have fleas in Alaska. The winter cold kills them all. However that is some months away (I hope.)

Should I be concerned that when they come back, they will bring the little buggers, or even their eggs, with them? I don’t want the bunnies, much less the other animals, or me for that matter, becoming infested. Should I make them (the boys, not the bunnies) stay in a hotel in town for a few days and scrub real hard?

Yes, LOL, & have them do their own laundy in the laundrymat using hot water. If they are someplace with lots of fleas & be worried about the suitcases too.

Maybe you should have put some Advantage on them before they left. LOL
I must be tired, I’m getting silly.

Meh, shave em, strip em down outside and use a high powered hose on em. Should get rid of any fleas in no time :p

“play Animal Crossing DS Wild World”

Off topic, I’m sorry, but…do you have wi-fi with that game?

Not sure. I know my son installed a wi-fi thingy for his PSP on my computer, but at any rate, I have dial-up. I’d be super slow playing online.
It’s a shame,a cross the street they have DSL. I am so jealous!

My boyfriend got me that game for my birthday! I played the one for the Gamecube years ago and got City Folk for the Wii last Christmas. I have to say though, City Folk is my fav since I played it before Wild World and I’ve invested SOOOOOOOOO much time into my town. Unfortunately I go through lapses in playing it so all my flowers die…

Anyways, to the subject of fleas (which I’ve never actually caught in any of the Animal Crossing games… ) maybe just give your animals a preventative dose of advantage and have your hubby and son stop off at a laundrymat before they come home as Furface suggested. Did they use bug repellent while away (for mosquitoes and the like)? Maybe that would at least keep the fleas off of them. I don’t know if that stuff affects the little buggers.
