My bunnies love the farm fresh hay as well
I think you’ll find that the look of the hay varies throughout the seasons, but my bunnies really like it all the time. Once we got a bale that was more dried and brownish than green-ish, and I think that was one of their favorite bales, even though it didn’t look as good to me as the green ones did. The only thing I would recommend with the baled hays is to pick them apart a bit before you give them to the bunnies. Because its pulled fresh from the ground you might find an occasional stone, or weed that needs to be pulled out.
