i’m on holidays… yay!
after a rocky start – we couldn’t land in Halifax… had to divert to Moncton New Brunswick to refuel… missed our connecting flight to Sydney… got a bus chartered for us which turned an hour travel left into 5 hours… bus broke down halfway – we made it! and we’ve had uncharacteristically fantastically sunny and hot weather since
Sunday we visited the beach of Bra D’ors lake, skipped stones, had a picnic & sunned. Yesterday we had an exciting and gorgeous sail boat ride and did some shopping in Baddeck (where Alexander Graham Bell cottaged and had his first flight). Today we’re hitting the beautiful world famous Cabot Trail!
I’ll have more of a tan from this vacay than when i went to mexico

lpt… i thought of you when i heard we were headed for moncton! lol. too bad we were only there for 30 mins huh?
i’m having a great time… so relaxed and seeing lots of beautiful places… but i miss my bun & my dog!!! lol. perfect vaca i figure… when you get a break and then look forward to getting home

i’m back! rested and happy to see my fuzzies. the dog sure was glad to see me but the bun… well… lets just say there was some thumping (and it wasn’t from me). i have her half conviced to forgive but i’m going out shortly for greens which i shall offer to her highness in a humble attempt to regain her good graces. lol. here are lots o pics from my trip…
