Hi im joshua and my Rabbit is doc. This is just giving and introduction, introducing me and Doc.

Doc, lets see well A man at my mom’s place of work got two Rabbits to breed so they could uhh eat them….(Arkansas its not so rare)

Well i had never had a bunny but i figure i could try as i have raised a dog who is going on 10 years now

Me and Doc hit it off quick! He is only 7 weeks old so he is still a young’in but he just grew on me quick

I figured i could try to save one….so i did and i think hes going to be really good, i figured he would run away but even while asleep he sat with me

I sit in the floor and he bounces around like a little nimrod haha, but nothing is perfect and i figure someday i will mess up and need some help, thats why i joined thanks all for giving me a sence of support!

Welcome to the forum – Doc is so tiny. It isn’t so much that you’ll mess up but that Doc will start growing up and getting major bunny attitude! You’ll get lots of help and info at Binky Bunny. Enjoy!

                Welcome, Joshua!

That was really nice of you to rescue Doc, and it’s wise to think ahead about his care. I’d like to direct you to the green banner at the top of the site page where it says Bunny Info. That’s where you’ll find some great basic stuff you need to know on setting up a habitat, feeding, exercise, and playing with Doc.

Also, check out the House Rabbit Society website, http://www.rabbit.org. You can get great info. there too, as well as a list of vets who might be near where you live that work with rabbits. They are usually called Exotic Vets, since they take care of non-cat or dog pets. You can ask your dog’s vet, too. (You dog is so cute!)
