Alright, so I’ve finally gotten around to uploading a vid so I can share it. It’s a couple minutes of Benjie after he was bitten by the binky-bug. It’s exciting watching him because he is really timid indoors. Inside, Addie is the wildcat. Outside they swap attitudes, I guess.

I got a lot more vids and I’ll add them to share with you all. My internet has a serious upload bottleneck. I have fast download, but uploading this vid in high def took over an hour.

Haha! I guess he’s the outdoorsy type. He’s enjoying himself! He looks cuddly but when he binkies – watch out, you wouldn’t want to be too close. I did see Addie throw in a little head binky.

            So are they bonded already?

Benjie is beautiful- do you know what color he is considered?  It was adorable to see him binky- and the other bunny had to express her share of cuteness too!

Yep, they’re bonded. It took awhile for them. But now they’re rarely apart. They are always getting in to mischief, playing, and laying together and grooming each other. I’m so happy because, even now, Benjie is still pretty timid around people (unless you’re shaking the snack bag) and I felt bad because up until they bonded he was always alone, in a sence… not being comfortable around people or Addie.

So now he has girl friend and isn’t alone. Now we’re just working on getting him more comfortable around people.

                HELLOOO… a little privacy, please!

                Sharing a ‘nana.

                Mmm… yogurt treats.

What do you mean no free refills on the yogurt treats??

Actually it seems like they’ve bonded quickly – like you only just brought them home. Beautiful pictures!

KatnipCrzy – I was thinking his coat colour might be Opal? There’s so many varieties I get confused.  What colour is Cottons?

It was April 24th when we picked out Benjie and Addie, and it was April 31st when they came to live with us. And I guess it’s been a couple weeks now that they’ve been sleeping in the same enclosure, so I guess it’s been roughly a month to get them bonded.

I don’t know what his color would be considered. The camera brings out the brown. Just looking at him normally he seems more gray. When you look at his coat, it’s brown from the root, then halfway up it turns gray.

Not opal then. From what I’ve read, opal has dark slate grey base colour. Blue tort might be what he is….
This is pic a 7 wk old blue torte I found but maybe the coat gets darker as they grow….more confusion!
