DH & I are traveling to Denver for his cousin’s wedding from 6/18 to 6/22.  We have a regular pet sitter that we always use for the 4 cats, 2 rabbits, & 2 geckos but….now that we’ve added CoCo Puff, I’m not sure if I should board some or any of the pets at the vet.  The concern is that CoCo is in a small cage and hasn’t been bonded w/ Leo & Jessica.  In addition, he can’t be trusted to free roam w/ the cats w/o attempting to score.  I don’t want to have him get hurt by the cats w/o being home.  So should I board someone at the vet?  If so, should I do all the rabbits or just him?  Advice Please!!!!

Can he just stay in his cage for a few days while the pet sitter feeds him and looks in on him? Could you add on an exercise pen that the pet sitter could let him run around in safely and away from the other animals, then the sitter could put him back in his cage when she/he leaves?

That sounds like a good idea there.  The xpen.    OH boy a wedding congrats is due to your relatives.  Forgive me if I got that wrong.

Normally I would say bring bun but in this situation it is not going to be possible.  You do have a menagerie of furchildren.

I would go with the xpen.    Sounds good

Thank you for the input…the issue has unfortunately resolved itself…see “Horney Bunn’s unfortunate update”

              Thank you again.
