I was stupid and accidentaly left my bedroom door open (Mischi’s domain) giving him access to the living room (Buddy’s domain) where they had an all-out battle in my absence.  They had only met each other once before.  Fortunately, both are fine, and they seem to be more positive in their interactions now.   Just thought I’d share some pics of this event…..couldn’t believe all the fur and buttons they left around,

I came home to discover this……but the rabbits sitting side by side without event.  BOYS.

This was the wrestling mat apparently….

Oh wow. I certainly don’t miss those days. Do be careful when you’re not around to supervise. Two buns can badly injure each other if they want to.

I keep my bedroom door closed when I am out from now on. Learned the hard way I can’t trust my little fluffers to behave!

Sometimes bonding will happen after fighting. Basically, they finally work out who’s dominant and call a peace afterwards. The only reason we do the bonding the way we do is that fights can cause major, if not fatal injuries.
