Oh wow, that’s gorgeous. Does she do other animals? I want portratis of my dogs…lol Actually, I want portraits of all my animals but I want to do the dogs first since they’ve been around longer….

Mimz- Sara is always willing to do animal portraits for commissions in any format you wish. She has done several for me of my buns. She has sent me portraits digitally and painted. And she will check w/ you along the way for background colors, etc. She does all different animals not just bunnies.

Yay I’m so happy that you like it, and that she was able to raise the money for Otter’s care.  They are on the snufflebuns community that I started, and she did me alovely holiday card portrait of Pepper when I first got her.

They did a deep x-ray and nasal flush and got a LOT of goop out of Otter’s sinuses, so they are hoping now that regular meds can take it down.

I bookmarked the website because I wanted one, but sadly havent gotten around to it yet.

With all my vet bills, I may have to begin either selling my stuffed animals or making something artsy-crafty to keep up with the costs. 0_o That she has this talent for this and can use it to help fund her bunnies’ bills is marvelous! ^_^
My favorite virtual petsite has tons of great artists who can draw animals in all sorts of styles. I always wanted to be that good. Sadly, I am not. >.<

Mimzmum, I have discovered that it is amazing what people will buy. I haven’t sold anything I’ve made although I’ve been told that I should. But I have seen some of the things that have sold on sites and have thought you know that looks like it was slapped together in 5 minutes, yet someone has paid money for it. I say give it a try and see what happens. In this economy I think people are not only watching pennies, but also looking for something that gives them more value for their money and sometimes a handcrafted item is better/more meaningful than something mass produced in China.
