  I took a few pics with the cell phone, but not before she outgrew her helicopter ears! I know I’m biased, but isn’t she the cutest little thing that ever lived? (It’s ok, I know you all think your buns are, I think you’re wrong of course, cause Freya is, but I forgive you anyway cause you’re biased too.)

  She IS the cutest little thing! She looks like queen of her domain to! Her loppy ears are so wide (large wing span I guess )

  So you know how I disappointed you with my seeming knowledge of Norse mythology? Well I actually did take a class called “Barbarian Europe” this spring. We mostly stuck to the area between Constantinople and the west coast of England (the Romans were too afraid to go to Ireland so there’s less info on them) but we did get a fair amount of viking info in too… only we were more concerned with the fact that, since their religion was pagan, they had no qualms with attacking the watchamacallem monk places in England, and therefore everyone was afraid of them…. no fear of the Lord, right? Right.

  The guy I got her from said she was born the week before Easter, that would make her 2 months. She might be a bit older than that, I suspect she is. Yep, she’s a mini lop. I’m totally in love with her ears too, she’s so little and they’re so big, it’s adorable.

  I’d have to assume, from her coloring and size, that she is probably what my Mimzy looked like as a babe. And he did grow into his ears, also sprouted a nice dewlap too. *groan* My daughter is always commenting on it.
  
  When we first saw Mimzy, his ears were so effeminate, that we mistook him for a girl. Can’t tell you the surprise we got when the doc told us otherwise. 0_o I felt so bad for calling him “she” for six months!
  
  Here’s a pic…or two…or ten…lolz! (me biased? Nah!) And no, I am not trying to hijack this thread, I promise!

  I bought Freya that ball toy that Mimzy has. She hates it. I swear the only thing she cares about are boxes, newspapers and toilet paper rolls. I never saw Freya with her ears both still up. When she came home they were starting to sag already, it was so cute.
