  Where does everything ship from? I ask because I’m picking Bambi up this weekend, and I am kind of worried that the hay and pellets I ordered won’t come in on time.

  We are located in Northern California. We ship out on Monday, Wed, Fridays. Since you are on the West Coast, i would say it would take more than a few days, but you also have to take into account what day you order it, and when it would be actually shipped out.
  
  You should have also received a tracking email and you can login to your account fo follow tracking as well. Let me know if you need any help with that. You can also email me too if you need to reveal any personal info so I can find your order.

  Oh, okay. I just ordered tonight, but northern California shouldn’t be a problem. I was just worried that it was shipping from across the country!
  
  Anyway, thanks so much for making this whole process so easy. Between the advice I’ve gotten all month from the forums, the speedy responses to my questions, and the great resources I’ve found on Binkybunny, I actually feel prepared for this little baby bunny. I’m so glad I found this site!

  With my first Order, it took about 1 week(7 days) to get here (Kentucky) so it shouldn’t take long for you at all, FedEx doesn’t update everyday, like most I noticed, because it would be 3 days between updates with them. I didn’t really like that, but everything got here fine, and Oreo Loves his Timmy hay from them, soooo…I now know to Order early!–Even though I love this site, the people here are SOOOO helpful, and the information is AWESOME, and very accurate, I hate that for me to order something I pay either around $8-$10 shipping, I went to add up my next order and I will be paying $10.50 in shipping. But Oreo likes everything from BB.com so I guess I suck it up! =)

  Yay! It’s been shipped! I’m so glad. I can just imagine getting and bringing home the much- awaited baby bun, only to have no food for him. 😮
  But thankfully, that won’t happen. I got just basic pellets and some timothy hay, and I also picked up some alfalfa hay to mix in with the regular timothy for the growing little honey bun. That is a lot to pay for shipping, but I guess it’s worth it if your bunny loves you for it!

  BB shipping isn’t too bad….I ordered from another store … the bag of hay was 3.00 the shipping was like 21.00 or some such that little bag of hay weighed like nothing.
  
  though that is the only place I can get the mountain hay next time I will order a big bag… And BB has such neat products for buns I really love their stuff

  Oh, good – I was going to check on your order to figure out what was going on, but just FYI regarding shipping. We ship out on M, W, F but it won’t be in Fedex hands until the afternoon, and then in the evening it is sent to San Leandro which is where they then organize it to ship it out to rest of the country.
