for some reason, our bun has recently made it a habit of sitting directly in front of the subwoofer whenever there’s music playing. i would figure that’s the last place he’d choose to park himself….!  what’s up with that?

anybody else have any really odd favorite spots?

That’s odd – I’ve never heard that before! Mine don’t have any particular odd places, but they do have this odd habit of finding the tightest squeeze of a place they can find and squishing their little bunny butts in there

Odd…only things I’m thinking of is 1) it drowns out the higher frequencies that they may not like, 2) the vibrations feel good to the tummy or 3) the “thrum” maybe mimics what sound would be like to rabbits underground, incoming sounds and the ones they may themselves. Just some thoughts – or maybe they just like cruisin’ round low with the bass pumped up!

i was thinking he enjoyed the vibrations, myself….but maybe i should make a playlist of just the songs he sits there for!

haha! What’s his name? Wonder if you’ll have to rename him something more appropriate to his taste in music?  Maybe just “Woofer”

Well, Hoopie always plops himself on the end of our plush ottoman that matches the couch to watch us and the TV. There are many shows he sits and watches. I know they say he is probably sitting there because he thinks we are watching him (such an ego!) but what in the world do they think that noisy box is for?! lol
Surely they know on some level when it changes pictures and sounds that we are paying attention to it! lol So Hoopie will watch us and some sitcoms or we can find him sitting at the very top of the stairs in the dark hanging out.

If Carrera is missing then I can find her under the DVD/CD cabinet where she technically has to squeeze her guts to just get under. Silly girl!

The other two are very predictable

our bun is named ringo, so he’s already named appropriately….although he isn’t much of a beatles fan.

he seems to like stuff that has more of a beat to it.

he doesn’t seem to be into tv in the slightest, but we used to have a guinea pig named baxter who would plop himself down for 24 and phillies baseball games.
