Hello all sorry havent been on here for a long time but I know many of you are

volunteers for shelters, etc and was wondering if any of you know of any beagles

that are up for adoption? I looked at AJ at silicon valley humane society but he

comes with a brother… I am looking for an adult beagle for my boyfriends dad.

He currently does not have internet connection at home so I am researching for

him. sigh* if you guys happen to know anyone who is looking to find a new home

for a beagle please let me know : ) Also, I searched on norcalbeagles.com but

their website is kind of confusing. Not sure which dogs are available and the dates

        are not in order? weird.

Ok my geography has NEVER been good, but is the ‘bay area’ near San Franscisco? You also mentioned Silicon Valley …

I would recommend Petfinder.com AND here is beagle only rescue in California who just took in a bunch of beagles http://norcalbeagles.com/cgi/Adopt.pl Their adoption page is tricky too, I would just contact them and ask them how many they have for adoption and how to view them.

Umn, looked at a map-are you near Oakland? I was able to find this:

Many dog breeds have rescues dedicated to them specifically. Maybe call that Norcal Rescue for more info?
