I had Lint neutered yesterday, he is two years old. I was worried because my other rabbit wouldn’t eat after his neuter and it was very touch and go. To ad to my stress, I used a new vet. But it went so well. He already started munching still at the vet’s, and coming home he started relaxing right away. This morning the spark in his eye was back. I think, this neuter procedure was harder on me than on him. Here’s some phoros, the first one was 6 hours after surgery, the second was taken 20 hours after.

Looks like he’s doing great! I know how stressful neuters/spays can be on us owners as well as our buns but you both made it through. Congrats!

Interesting, too, I thought Lint would have stitches like my other bun did, but they did an ‘open’ closure — no surgical glue, nothing! First I had my doubts but I like this better, one tiny incision that heals fast.
