Should I put them in one pet carrier? Or just put them in the back seat with some towels? I would be afraid if I put them in a pet carrier they might start fighting before I get them in the car!

Do you have any boxes? I would just put them in a box with towels and a bit of hay.. I would be afraid to use a carrier if they start fights and it’s all closed in/ locked up and and you can’t really see whats happening.. a box with a open top might make them feel more comfortable..

I would use a box/basket/rubbermaid bin, etc.  I think the closer they are the less likely to fight expecially when frightened.  It seems like if my bunnies are further away- small movements are seen as a possible “attack” and that can trigger them to fight.  I used a clear bin with a lid, and then switched to a smaller pet carrier.  I took a blanket with me in case I had to take one out- and I took a frisbee for sticking in between them if needed.  Fortunately I have not had to use either.
