  Gosh been 2 years for Cotton and I . Goes by so fast. HE has been a very healthy boy. Good company and lots of fun.
  
  Ruby’s is in April I think I have to go check her pedigree. I am pretty sure April. We got her the end of June.
  
  Hubby and I made an agreement no more rabbits, birds etc. Just these rascals are enuf.
  
  OH hubby’s bird died. Yeah poor thing. We liked that bird too. I dont’ know how old he was. I do know he was an adult. When grooming Ruby in the bathroom he would land on my head on the grooming table on my arm etc to see what was going on. He was so neat. He was finger trained too. Very neat bird.
  
  Awe Poor Chirrup. That is what we named him.
  
  I offered to get hubby another one he said no.

  Congratulations Mr. Cotton! Happy Birthday! Felony had his second birthday in October. It does go by fast!

  OH how sweet thank you everyone. Cotton’s vet sent him a bday card too. Awe…
  
  Yeah poor bird. I keep thinking I heard him chirp in the bathroom for a few days after he passed.

  My condolences on the loss of Chirrup. What a sweet name, he sounds like a great pet! Yeah, it’s weird how after they are gone, something they used to do is still with us for days or weeks afterward. We had a German Shepherd dog who would follow me as I made the rounds feeding and watering all our other dogs and she would usually poke her nose in my behind every time I stopped for a moment. Rude thing. But I swear I could hear her pawsteps behind me for months after she crossed the bridge.
  
  Anyway…I wish you and Cotton many more wonderful anniversaries! I’m figuring Mimzy is about two years old now, and our anniversary is in July, it will be two years since he came into my life. Hard to believe! ^_^
