We got home earlier than usual last nite.  I greeted Cotton and opened his door.  I went to greet Ruby etc.   I come back in the living room and Cotton gave me the bunny butt.  I had brought him and Ruby some lettuce.   He ate some them gave me the bunny butt and bunny flop with his behind to me.  What the ???

Well I gave him his 2 papaya and he settled down with a bunny flop.  Then he came out.  He wanted pettings and more pettings.  He even let me sit on the couch next to him while I petted him.  What a priviledge for Mum.

HE kept putting his head out for pettings.  Awe  I love you too Cotton.

BT, have you been petting those pet shop bunnies again?  You know Cottons got a nose for these things!

When a bun is offended or otherwise really annoyed with you, they will pointedly ignore you.  They will turn their back on you, and sometimes they will look back over their shoulder to make SURE that you see how they are ignoring you.  Most of us call it “getting the bunny butt”.

http://language.rabbitspeak.com/rabbittalk.html is a great site on bunny body language.

Haha. Too funny. Sometimes it seems like they do it so randomly like “mom, you didn’t get home quick enough! What the heck were you doing that’s more important than Muwah?!”

Btw, Donnie I really like your quote.
