Hubby and I were talking of going veg.,  He wants to also.  I checked out a site my friend sent me.  It is so easy to do wow.

However we have a freezer full of meat and hubby has more in a freezer in orlando.  Will take about 3 months to eat it all.  I wanted to go veg right away.  We have to wait.

I have a list of things to get. to make meat less dishes. Looks simple.

Is that something you have to do slowly? With the meat already being frozen, you could gradually pare it back, i.e. meat one night, vegetarian the next two etc. Could you post link to that site BT? I’m not vegetarian but I do like the dishes.

Ok let me go see I have 3 sites.   ONe is really excellent.              Last nite at the masjid was BBQ so we went.  I got full and didn’t have any meat. There were lots of pasta dishes and a yummy salad too.      Guess we will have to gradually switch over. I can stop meat right away. It is so easy.  But what to do with the meat in the freezer and in Orlando?  Have to eat it.

Well here are the sites.     http://www.vegsource.com  this one is  mostly vegan

http://www.allrecipes.com        This one is really good.

http://www.mayoclinic.com    explains about the food pyramid for veg people.
