        Hi guys,

Iv been busy with my new camera over the last week and thought i would post pics of my furry family.  I have two bunnies (Henry & Poppy), four guinea pigs ( Lola, lucy, Coco and Annie) and one syrian hamster called Maggie.

So here are some pics of my bunnies first:

Henry is a chinchilla netherland dwarf and Poppy is a dutch/ mini rex cross (supposedly)!

And here are some pics of my piggies and their enclosure:

        Annie

        Lola

        Annie , Coco and Lucy.

The piggies two story C&C cage:

Hope ye liked them. unfortunately i have no pictures of Maggie my hamster to hand !

Where to start………..? Awesome furry crew! Looks like bonding is going well from 1st pic of Poppy and Henry. Didn’t realise she was Dutch Mini Rex cross, how stunning! The piggie pen is great too, they are spoilt – rightly so. And lastly…LOL @ that 3rd pic of Annie!

Oh my gosh – Poppy and Henry are adorable.

That piggy pen is amazing – cute piggies too – I bet you get lots of piggy popcorns from your piggies.

that’s a fantastic pig pen! so can they go up and down? is that a ramp in the far corner?

they are all beautiful! Poppy and Henry are so cute together!

Thanks guys for your lovely comments. Yes i have a ramp at the right side of the cage and they are running up and down all day. I keep their hay downstairs and their dry food upstairs to give them a bit of excercise!

They are always popcorning… and they are very curious about Henry and Poppy when they are out. The four of them line up agains the grids at the bottom level with their noses sticking out. The poor girlies… the rabbits completely ignore them!

                  Wow!
As I scrolled I just kept saying “Wow”.
Your buns’ colors are amazing – like show buns. You should add them to the Breeds thread.

The piggies’ set up is adorable, and I LOVE the cuddle cups they sit in.

Aw thanks guys for your lovely words. Im touched! I love Henry and Poppy but i didnt think they stood out or anything. I will have to have a look at the breeds section now! The piggies love their enclosure and i have just recently bought the cuddle cups from a friend on a guinea pig forum and they absolutely love them… they are so cosy. If they made them for humans i would be buying some too… Lol!

I love the enclosure you have for your piggys! It looks so cozy!

When you say chinchilla neatherland dwarf, do you mean its a cross between a chinchilla and a neatherland darf bunny?

                          Adorable pics btw!

                            Thanks everyone,

oh im not familiar with periscoping… what does this mean? I can add it to my list of bunny lingo then..he he. i had to chuckle there tiger.lily when you asked that question. Its funny…a few people that have visited have asked if Henry is some kind of squirrel or chinchilla…lol. but no he is fully bunny as far as i know His colour is referred to as chinchilla as it is similar to that of the animal!

You should have put a Warning of Extreme cuteness on your post. I’m pretty sure that’s a breach of forum etiquette.

How sweet your two buns look together! And I love guinea pigs too. I especially like the pic of the one standing (Annie, I think?). Brings back memories of my piggy days… Thanks a bunch for sharing.

                                        Thanks everyone,

Would you believe we actually moved from an apartment to a house so the piggies could have a larger enclosure and Henry could have a girlfriend. I had been going on about c&c cages for so long that my boyfriend gave in. So we have some very spoilt fur balls in our house. I suppose we have done quite well out of it too so we cant complain.

Now that i have got the hang of my camera and opened a photobucket account ye will be seeing lots more cute pictures from now on!!!

Henry!!!!!!!!!!!! I love his color, and hi ‘periscoping’ picture is adorable(I’d never heard of that either).

My 10 year old brother just got a guinea pig, I will have to show him the picture of your enclosure. I’ve been talking to him about building a better cage, and your is a great example.

QUESTION: i’ve heard them referred to by that name but what does it stand for? C&C cages? in the U.S. we refer to them for the most part as NIC cages, or condos…

C&C stands for cubes & choroplast. The cubes are the grids and the choroplast is corregated plastic that signmakers use which can form the base of the piggy cage. I use the base of an old cage downstairs and lino upstairs where the fleece is.
